Dear Sir, My name is Adriel, I am writing this letter to inform you about my wedding band and a hard drive I forgot in your hotel room following my check-out on Saturday. My company made an online reservation on the 21st of August on my behalf. I checked in on the evening of 22nd August into room 406 due to cancellation of flight for the earlier date. Although, the duration of my stay was for a week, I had to check out early on Saturday in order to catch the last flight back to Nigeria. In total, I spent 6days instead of 7 days in the hotel. I hurriedly left your hotel on the said date and I forgot my wedding band and a hard drive on top of the drawer next to the bed. I noticed my band was gone when my husband asked me of it. As you know, wedding band signifies a union between two people and this was a gift of love from my husband to me on our wedding day, therefore it is imperative I find it and have it sent back as soon as possible. In addition to that, the hard drive contains all the information and pictures made from the conference I attended, as such my resumption on Monday will be inconclusive without it as I need to make a presentation. I have made an arrangement with a logistic company, DHL precisely to pick up on Sunday and have it delivered to me on Monday unfailingly.
