Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to bring your attention to the changes in the local bus services which created discomfort for the people and request you to make us comfortable. Introducing myself, I am residing in Porwalstreet for five years and I have been using your bus services to reach office daily. Recently, I have noticed a few service changes, especially the timings of the buses. The buses I have been travelling are regular on-time till a few days back. However, I have observed that the timings are changed from office hours 9: 00 am to 9: 30 am and I could not reach the office at the specified time. Even the number of buses to the Kothrud area also reduced. I do not have a bike and even cannot afford it. Hence, relying on your bus services. Also, the bus stop has been changed and it is a congested area and people feel difficulty to board the buses. Kindly see that every change made is feasible for the public. Finally, I would suggest you provide a convenient place with less traffic to board the buses to avoid accidents.
