I write this letter to inform you the feedback that we can gave about your hotel services and some advice we suggest for your hotel in the future.
As you know, We have a meeting yesterday in the hotel and it is running smoothly. The room of the hotel is nice and have a unique decoration. The participants says the room is clean and huge so we can have a nice meeting.
The problem is the food is not that good. They were unhappy about the taste of the food. Some soup is tasteless and some of the seafood is not in a good condition. They were not fresh and still smell fishy. They also complain about the juice that they drink. They said the fruit is in a bad condition and some of them is too sour. However, not all the drink is bad, some of them is fine. But at the end we enjoyed the meal.
Please make a change of the food next time. I suggest to buy a fresh fruit and vegetables. The seafood also need some of the other technic of cooking to make it not smell fishy. That is all my feedback for your hotel.
