Dear Support Department,
I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with an item purchased by me from your official website. I ordered a pair of laces on 12 Jan 2020 with a 20% discount offer.
I received my parcel after two days, it was a really inferior experience. The received item is totally different that I saw on your website. I ordered a blue and black color of laces because it's available on clearance, but I got a blue and red pair of laces and the quality is not good as well.
I am your regular customer and I ordered numerous items online. This type of incident happened twice a time with me.
In order to resolve the issue, I would like you to mail me a pair of black laces as earliest or I can just return the entire package so you can refund in full.
I am looking for the resolution as soon as possible to keep my faith in your services.
