Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing in regards to the suitcase that I lost. I took a flight from Hong Kong to NAIA on March 18th. I immediately reported it to your customer service, yet, I did not receive any update. The suitcase that I lost is a black leather and medium-size. It has a heart-shaped sticker under the brand name Kipling on the front. My details are also written in the name tag of my suitcase that located near the suitcase handle. Also, my suitcase contains a very important documents, some clothing items and souvenirs. I would be grateful if you could look into the matter and update me on the whereabouts of my suitcase.
