Dear Mr. Smith, I am writing this letter to inform you that i won't be able to persue my language classes from tomorrow onwards. My office timings have changed as such the class timings are clashing the work hours. Let me explain the situation in detail; Earlier, my official timing was 9 am to 6 pm but due to recent changes in the client's requirement, my working hours has changed to 11am to 8 pm. As the language course commense at 7 pm, it would be impossible for me to join it in the scheduled timing. Although, I will be able to attend one hour out of two hours evening classes, but it won't really help me as I will miss half of the teachings. While I am suspending the classes for now, I am also planning to rejoin the session after two months when my official hours will be back to normal. Consequently, learing from where I stopped. I would be grateful to you for your consideration. Hoping to hearing from you. Yours faithfully Ankita
