Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a frequent flyer of your airlines. The purpose of writing today is to
infrom you about my lost baggage and delays in actions from your company.
On 3rd Jan, I flew on flight no. AA123 from DIA to PIA as a
passenger of your airlines. Upon reaching my destination I reached baggage claim area and waited for my suitcase to arrive. The suitcase I owe was bright yellow in color and was manufactured by famous brand named Americam Tourister. It was nearly impossible to miss that suitcase yet I couldn't get sight of it and an hour of my arrival had passed. Upon enquiry with airport staff I was informed that all the baggages had been placed in the claiming area and there is slim chance of it not being loaded on the flight to my destination.
Unfortunately, that suitcase contained many official documents and were immensly important for me. I filed a complaint to the airline office at the airport where I was assured that it will be delivered to my home address with in 2 days. Unfortunately, I havn't heard further about my suitcase and a whole week has passed.
I request for your immediate attention in the matter otherwise I will be left with no other ways than to seeking legal actions against your airlines. I thank you in advance for your time and effort in this regard.
