Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter regarding the purchase I have made from your online shop on Monday. My order is telephone LG SN2505, pink color, with 64 GB memory card. The full amount of 349 USD was transferred from my card at 15: 10: 18 on 17th of April. Sorry to inform you, but the item I purchased from your shop came with some damage. Once I received the package and opened the box, I found out that the screen had a huge crack in the middle. I would like to exchange my telephone with a new one during next 3 days. If it will not be possible I prefer a full refund to my bank card of 349 USD accordingly. I will also attach the receipt where you can find my details.
