Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to inform about some of the inconvience I faced at London Heathrow Airport. I was travelling from Ahmedabad to Toronto via London on 14th May, 2021. I was in flight A532145; Ahmedabad to London Heathrow Airport, which lands in London at 5: 35pm(BST) at gate five. Furthermore, the connecting flight to Toronto was from gate fifteen at 6: 00pm(BST). However, there is sufficient time between flights to travel from fifth gate to fifteenth gate. But there are always long wait in security check. Which results in rushing to next flight and I got injured while doing it. I would like suggest some of the changes, so nobody else gets injured like me. Security check points should increase to reduce wait time at cheching and shuttle survice should be provided within the airport to help traveller reach on time for their next flight.
