I hope this message finds you well.
Firstly, I'm one of your restaurant's fans since long time ago. Before two days ago, I got a promotion in my office from water and habitat officer to team leader. After that, I decided to celebrate with my family and I joined them to one of your outlets which is nearby our home to have dinner.
The story began at 7: 00 pm o'clock when we sat at the restaurant and ordered 4 variant meals. We ordered grilled chicken, 2 seafood plates, and shrimp soup.
in fact, we have ordered the same request twice before and it was taken around 1 and half hours, But this time, and after 2 and half hours, we shocked that the chicken and fish still uncooked.
We raised this issue to the supervisor and there was no logic excuse, And what made the case worst that when we want to replace our meal, we disappointed there is no plenty of food.
I am writing that to you to complain about the level of services and to inform you that our night runied due to the miss behaviour of the staff.
Hopefully, you will take an action against the supervisor and issue an order to make sure there is abundance foods to serve the customers.
