I am writing this to put a complaint about my recent visit, on the occasion of my birthday, with my family to your esteemed restaurant which is related to the meal served which in turn leads to huge disappointment.
Let me explain the situation in more detail. The last time when we visited the place, we ordered a three-course meal, starting from the snacks in starters to a dessert at the end, with the hope of having a wonderful experience as we have heard some extraordinary reviews from some of our relatives. However, our experience was extremely horrible as the dishes served were not up to the mark, and even found some hair follicles and pieces of glass in some of the dishes. I even complained about the quality of the food to the waiters but they even argued with me instead of apologizing for the incident.
So, I would like you to initiate a refund as compensation for the disgusting experience we suffered that night.
