I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service which I had recently in your service center. I visited your service center with a few issues with my computer, and I am not glad about the service which I had.
To begin, I insisted on updating the Operating system from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and to install a graphic card to my computer. Usually, it takes only an hour to install the new software, on the contrary the technicians took more than two and a half hours to upgrade the computer, furthermore, there was a minute break in the monitor.
In addition to that, he behaved rudely, when I had requested to know the reason for the time delay, and about the damage in the monitor. I felt extremely stressful throughout that day. I would be grateful if you provide an alternate monitor, and I owe an apology from the technicians.
