Dear sir, Kindly i would like to give my appreciation about how your hotel is very clean and how it's inspire me that everything is well organized, but unfortunately there's a problem I would like to share it with you. I have my final exams next month, and you know that have another student sharing the room with me, He's always making it difficult for me to work on my studying, as he woke up every day late and keeps awake till the early morning, although he doesn't disturb me by loud voices, but he keep doing movement for eating or studying, and that's really making it not possible to me for getting an enough amount of sleeping hours before waking up in the early morning to attend to my college on time. I know that you and your accommodation have a well reputation, and that's why I'm asking you for getting a single room but with a little discount if it's possible. BR, Amr
