I am Writing to let you know that I felt unhappy with the food at your restaurant. Last Sunday I visited to your place with my family for dinner. It was special eve since it was my mother's birthday. As it was an important occasion, we decided to have supper at your hotel on prior booking.
I was highly disappointed with the meals. Let me explain, ambience at the restaurant was fine yet the meals were served in an uncleaned plate. This action has been reported to server on spot! In addition, the dishes we ordered had a pungent smell which was unbearable. It looked like sea food were not cleaned properly.
I wanted to bring the above problems to your notice so that you can co-ordinate with the other staff. I request you to work on the food cleanliness which is key factor to restaurant. Would you please let the customers know about the availability of dishes on prior while booking?
