Dear Sir/Madam, Last week our company organised a full day meeting in your prestigious hotel. Our team really liked the ambience of your hotel, though they were not really happy with the choice of food which was being served. My team members were really very impressed with the warm welcome given by hotel staff specially your staff was very cordial and helpful. My team was quite astonished to see the layout of your hotel, with proper carpeted floors and everything up to the mark. On the other hand, we did not like the kind of lunch which was served. The combination of food items was not at all good. Although service done by your staff was great, only the food was not at all tasty. Even the soup which was being served before the lunch was too spicy. The members of my team mentioned everything was great apart from food.
