Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment toward the kind of meal served at your restaurant on 25th of November, 2020 when I came there with my family. I came to your restaurant with my family on 25th of November, 2020 to celebrate the 18th birthday of my younger sister as a result a table was booked in advance. Let me elaborate on the actual problem. Upon booking a seat there, assurance was given that food will be prepared before our arrival but to my utmost dismay, the meal was thirty minutes late. Also, the meal served was too spicy and salty which made it very difficult for us to eat and chicken served was not well cooked. I ordered for a chocolate cake nonetheless vanilla cake was served instead. Due to all these circumstances, I would be grateful if you constantly check the kitchen to make sure the chef is going by the ordered menu and tasted while preparing it.
