Dear Mr. Saturn,
I am writing to express my disappointment last time when I visited your restaurant with my family.
It was my daughter's fifth birthday and I had phoned two weeks before to reserve a table for six people for 7: 00pm on Saturday, the 14th of November. I had also requested for a chocolate birthday cake with strawberries on top. The waitress who picked up the phone, had confirmed everything with me and assured me that there will be no issues.
To my dismay, on Saturday when we arrived at the restaurant, my family and I were made to wait 45 minutes before we could get a table. It was already 7: 50pm when we were given a table. Despite the wait, the food we ordered arrived quickly. However, some of the dishes we ordered were cold. Lastly, I had ordered a chocolate cake, and the waiter brought a strawberry flavored cake to our table.
I would request that when your restaurant makes reservations, if your staff could re-confirm or inform the customers if there will be any changes regarding their reservations. I would greatly appreciate your consideration regarding this matter.
