Dear Sir or Madam I am writing to complain about the service that I received at you eating establishment. My name is Zoya and I went to your restaurant with my family last Monday on my mother's birthday. As my mother is on vegan diet so, I searched for that kind of store and I found your place. In the beginning everything was amazing as the broccoli soup was delicious and starters were also beyond imagination. Moreover, staff was also well- mannered. Things became wrong where we found a bone in our side sauce which was quite unacceptable while we were supposed to get all vegan things. Thanks to god, my mother did not eat that sauce. Lastly, I would like to get full refund for that meal and as well as the medical bills that will occur with the check up of my mother to make sure she did not have any contamination of chicken in food.
