Dear Mr Smith I am writing for request you to repay my deposit that I payed to you, before I rented your appartment as agreement we both signed. I kept the appartment in original condition as it was handed over to me and I didnt change any thing except few light bulbs that I replaced for not working ones in m own expences. I want you to return the money to me immediatly, because you asked the deposit to cover any damages happened during the time I was staying and nothing done by me to repair or fix. I also payed the rent at the end of every month so you do not need to hold the sum for such time period until I request you over and over.
