Dear Sir I am writing to requesting refund for my suitcase that damaged while I traveled in bus own to your company no NE-1468. I am a regular passenger of your bus company and in last sunday I rode on that intercity bus from Colombo to Kandy in night trip under ticket no 134894. I got in to the bus from Colombo central bus stand with this suitcase. The suit case was black colour samsonite plastic handle one. Considering it’s weight it hard to carried on the lap so I placed it on the rack above the passenger seats. During the journey I had little sleep and suddnly I woke up from the loud noise came from the suitcase that it hit on the floor on the bus because from immediate brake by the driver. The handle of suitcase was broken from that impact and it is useless to have a suitcase without a handle. There is no proper locking systems on the racks in the bus to protect the belongings from sudden change of movements of the bus. The suitcase is not repairble so I request you to pay the price for a new suitcase because it is your responsibility to take care about consingments of passangers who ride on your busses.
