dear sir, I am writing this letter to get your attention regarding my disappointment. My mother and I were offered by your restaurant on my mother's 50th birthday on last sunday. I wanted to give surprise to my mother, in addition, I heard alot for your restaurant so I decided to visit your restaurant at very first time. But the reality was different, your place' s service was very disappointed. When we came overthere, your waitress was so rude and not good at all on the reception. We had to wait for 20 minutes for seating as well 30 minutes for ordering the food. When we having our dinner after so long waiting period. My mother found a hair in vegan soup which consequences to her sick so badly. It was very unhygenic situation for her. I would like to inform you that you have to take some steps towards hygenic part of your restaurant as well you should provide well training to the staff.
