My name is Mustufa. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction behaviour towards your restaurant and I must say I feel regret coming to your restaurant.
Recently, I have been promoted from Team leader to Team Manager in my company Abstergo. And I genuinely thought that I would bring my family to your Khana restaurant and hoping we will have a great time but it was an unpleasant environment.
Firstly, when we arrived and sat at a table, there was no waiter waiting for us and we wait for few minutes but then no one arrived. I had to call the waiter still no answer but then I had to step up and talked to the reception desk. This was the first time I felt annoyed.
Secondly, the dish we ordered did not arrive and something else came on the scene. I thought they kept it by mistake but I was wrong and I felt irritated. But still, for the sake of my family, I did not spoke anything bad to a waiter and the waiter's behaviour was very gruesome. We had to wait half an hour for another order to appear.
Please look after this situation and solve this matter as soon as possible. We arrive early in a good mood and we left in an unacceptable situation.
