Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to let you know that the garbage collecting system in our neighborhood is not working properly and causes some difficulties for local people. Let me explain the situation in more detail. The system used to collect rubbish once a week before. Recently, there is no fix schedule thus people have been confused. Additionally, there is a delay for even two weeks in the row to collect garbage. This is causing a problem for local people. Since the garbage bin are usually full, there is always trash in the streets which is stunk due to the fact that the trash remains in the warm weather for long time. Would you kindly put this request at the top of agenda and do act on this as soon as possible? There are a lot of other waste collecting companies which could manage the situation by a proper service if local authority wants to make some changes.
