Dear Mr. Taylor, I am Vinay Tiwari, working as part time food and beverage associate at the St. Paul’s hotel. I am also pursuing The MSc. in international hospitality and tourism management full-time course from Sheffield Hallam University. This letter is a request for 15 days of leave from my responsibilities for the completion of my mid-term assignments. I do understand that we have very specific and limited manpower of each job at the hotel, but submission of my assignments is equally significant to me as well. As, after completion of my course I will be provided a placement as a management trainee in this hotel so, I will be associated for a long term with this organisation. I do assure, upon my return from 15 days of leave I will ensure no further leave requests until next term assignment submissions, which will be held mid next year. Also, I do promise to be more flexible in my working hours and you may schedule me in any working hour combination going forward. I will be thankful for your kind consideration of my humble request and hope for a long-term association working together. Warm regards,
