Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to complain about the meal that we have eaten earlier this evening. Me and my family have dined to your restaurant to celebrate my birthday, we are unsatisfied to the food that they served, First of all, the chicken is greasy and bloody, some part are quite reddish and uncooked. Second, the beef, we ordered medium but it served overcooked. Lastly, we have been waiting for twenty minutes before our orders were served. We are disappointed to your dishes, we will not recommend this to our friends and family. However, if you give action with this problem, the customers will compliment your foods. For suggestion, cook it using timer it helps to control the meat that being cook. so that it will serve perfect and fresh. Also, while the customers wait for their orders serve a soup it makes them calm while waiting. Since this the nearest restaurant in my house, I hope you will apply my suggestions it improves your restaurants and make your sales increase. We will surely going back here soon.
