Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to express my disappointment regarding the incident that happened in your super market yesterday, due to the water leakage near the stairs. I have been a regular as well as a loyal customer of your store for last two years. I am living across the street in Grand Park Drive, and have been purchasing groceries every week in the same place. There has been a water leakage from the Air conditioner ducts near the stairs. Yesterday, during shopping I slipped on the water and had a fall on the stairs. Luckily, I escaped with a minor sprain in my ankle and nothing severe. However, I have seen a number of elderly people and small children coming to the store, and they could end up badly in such situations. I would kindly request you to take immediate measures to prevent the leak and clean the stagnant water.
