Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to express my appreciation for the excellent service and care you and your staff provided us during my family’s stay at Lost Paradise Hotel from May 25 to 31, 2021. It was my family’s first out of the country vacation and I wanted it to be perfect. Your staff made this possible. Your hotel’s service was superb. You have given us no room for complaints - from the time you picked us up at the airport up to the last day of our stay. When we arrived at your hotel, our bags and luggage were brought immediately to our room. The breakfast buffet which was included in the package was great and there were plenty of foods to choose from. Even my son who is a picky-eater did not have a hard time choosing the food that he wanted. The recreational facilities at the hotel made our stay more enjoyable. My husband and I specifically enjoyed the gym and the massage services while my son had a blast in your kid’s playroom. I also have to mention the staff who were all very attentive of our needs. We had a wonderful one-week vacation and staying in your hotel definitely enhanced our travel experience. Thus, we already have decided to return to your hotel for our next vacation, which will be next year. I also recommended Lost Paradise Hotel to my friends and relatives.
