Dear Sir or Madam
Hi. My name is Heewon Yang who recently attended to the cookery course which the school offered. I am writing this letter to provide some feedbacks about the cookery course and also appreciate for many skills I had learned from the course.
The most big reason I was able to be interested in cookery course was the simple and variety recipes. Before taking the course, I usually searched cooking recipe in Internet. The result usually showed some complex and difficult recipe that made me to give up cooking. However, throughout the cookery course I could learn plenty of low level cooking recipes which require only few ingredients.
Now I am almost cooking everyday for my breakfast, so I can use the simple recipes I learned useful. Also, when I go out for picnic with my acquaintances on weekend, I always raise up my hand for making meal. As I am confident at making tasty foods, people always expect what I will bring too.
I wish I can have a first-hand experience of making dessert which is liitle difficult level for me. There are some unique ingredients and cutlery that are used while making dessert. I would be glad to have opportunity to learn about how to use these, next time.
