I am writing to draw your attention to the walkman in the Sony Ericsson brand which I purchased in the duty-free shop located at 2 Board Street on July 12th. I have enclosed the photocopy of my reciept for your reference. Unfortunately, the item does not function as I expected. The first issue was the voice system of the walkman. When I arrived home, I was going to listen to music. However, the voice was inaudible. Although I retried to switch on as it was shown in instruction manual, it refused to work properly.
What is more, there is a mulfunction of its buttons. They also do not work well. In my point of view, it was a faulty product of your company. I have been a loyal customer of your company for more than 5 years. This is the first time something like this had happened with one of your product. I would be grateful if you could write me how to solve the problem. And I am hoping that you may be able to send me a replacement product within two days. Thanking in advance. Kind regards.
