Though we met after a long time you have shown extraordinary hospitality and drove me in your car to attend my business seminar without any traveling hassles. Pal, while my stay at your home accidentally I forgot an important file which was having confidential client contracts. Since the documents were private I kept them safely in your Almira and probably might have forgotten to take it as I was getting late to make my flight. The file is in brown color with my name on it. In fact, you will not face any problem distinguishing it as the closet was totally empty. Moreover, I also would like to tell you that the file is very important to me as it not only has the old existing business contracts but most importantly the new contracts which I’ve signed on my visit to your city. I would appreciate it if you can personally visit the DHL office and choose to ship it with express service. Moreover please make sure the file is properly wrapped safely in a cover within your presence before they process to ship. Thank you once again for all your efforts, you have always been a savior.
