Dear Neighbours,
I am writing this to let you know about the issues that I am facing regularly regarding the parking facility.
Let me explain the situation in more depth. Out of the two major concerns, the first and the foremost is that people park in an inappropriate manner. Recently, on a couple of occasions, when I entered the parking area, I noticed that some of us are parking the vehicles without a sufficient gap in between that leads to inconvenience and ultimately, time-waste. Secondly, as we all are aware of the fact that space is restricted for one vehicle only, still I encountered an incident of incorporating two vehicles by the same family. Indeed, it creates a lot of chaos and mismanagement by parking in the wrong manner and double-parking.
I'd like to suggest two possible approaches in order to deal with this. Firstly, we should try to park in a reverse manner so that it is more convenient for us to exit later. Secondly, it is the need of the hour that we should expand the existing space in order to accommodate more vehicles because a majority of the families have more than 1 vehicle.
Could I suggest a get-together to discuss more ideas and overcome this thing on weekends preferably?
Yours faithfully,
ABC
Dear
Neighbours
,
I am writing this to
let
you know about the issues that I am facing
regularly
regarding the
parking
facility.
Let
me
explain
the situation in more depth. Out of the two major concerns, the
first
and the foremost is that
people
park
in an inappropriate manner
. Recently, on a couple of occasions, when I entered the
parking
area, I noticed that
some
of us are
parking
the
vehicles
without a sufficient gap in between that leads to inconvenience and
ultimately
, time-waste.
Secondly
, as we all are aware of the fact that space
is restricted
for one
vehicle
only
,
still
I encountered an incident of incorporating two
vehicles
by the same family.
Indeed
, it creates
a lot of
chaos and mismanagement by
parking
in the
wrong
manner and double-parking.
I'd like to suggest two possible approaches in order to deal with this.
Firstly
, we should try to park
in a reverse manner
so
that it is more convenient for us to exit later.
Secondly
, it is the need of the hour that we should expand the existing space in order to accommodate more
vehicles
because
a majority of the families have more than 1 vehicle.
Could I suggest a
get
-together to discuss more
ideas
and overcome this thing on weekends
preferably
?
Yours
faithfully
,
