As you know, I am a member at Fista sports organization, and we always have our meetings at your restaurant.
I am writing you this letter to express my disappointment regarding the last meal we had at your prestigious restaurant.
Unfortunately, yesterday, all the meals were not tasty at all and had a bad smell. For that reason, and since I am a regular customer, I called upon the chef to explain what could have went wrong. He just replied that there is nothing wrong with the food because he already check it.
But how do you explain the intoxication of two members of our group?
Therefore, I suggest you take this situation very seriously and sort it out as quickly as possible before anyone else gets rushed to the hospital. Not before solving this issue and assuring me that the situation is better than before, you can consider us not returning to your restaurant for our meetings.
