Dear Neighbours, I am writing to seek your attention towards our shared parking in which I am confronting some issues from past 5 days. I have been using this parking without any problems since 2015, but last night I noticed that my car’s front windshield is broken and some other scratches over the its rear bumper. It would be better if we could upgrade the security system of the parking lot, by hiring more guards and CCTV could be installed. So that we could halt such activities, although it is beneficial for all of us. To resolve the issue, we should organize a meeting in which we can discuss other possible steps as well. The public park in our society would be convenient for everyone for the meeting, We could gather on coming weekend, that is 10 February as everyone will be free on Sundays.
