Dear Sir, I am writing a letter about tennis course for some inquires which are come in my mind and I would like to clear two or more doubts before starting at this program. Let me explain my situation in detail. Last week, I saw your advertisement related to tennis course in England. I am quite interested in this course. Besides, I love tennis and luckily I have a chance to achieve my goal and fulfill my dream. However, I am working as a full-time in a store. I have some issue in this course timing which are mention on the adverts. If you change my course schedule then I can join this course without any worries. Another thing, I am wondering about refund process in your course because I could not stay for the whole course. While as, I am living so far and it is difficult to stay there.
