Dear Sir, I am writing to you regarding the vacation advertisement your travel agency had given out in the newspaper three days back. For the last few weeks, I am planning a trip to Greece and was searching for some good vacation packages. Coincidentally this advertisement popped up and the trip which I am looking for is exactly like what you have mentioned with 4 nights and 3 days stay. It also covers some famous tourist attractions which are on my visiting list. The price also seems quite reasonable. The advertisement does cover most of the details about the trip but, I need a little bit extra information before going ahead with the booking. I would like to get details regarding the food arrangements like types of dishes on the menu and about the facilities available in the hotel room as I will be traveling with kids, so I need to be specific about these things. I would request you to assist me with the extra information and it would be a great help to me. I would be looking forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely Manisha
