Dear Mr. Thompson, I can not resist myself to inform you that I have concerns regarding the flat that I took on rent from you six months back. It is the one located on Norway street. The issue I am facing is the noise such as music or shouting unnecessarily that comes at unwanted timings such as early morning and late night. They are the bachelors living on the ground floor of the building. I have discussed this concern with them However, They take it in a casual way and give a fake assurance to not repeat the same. Now being a family man my whole schedule is disturbed we are not able to get proper sleep which totally distresses our next day. Despite many efforts I have failed to make them understand this, Now it's my humble request to you to address my issue to them and bring out a solution for the same.
