Dear Mr. Thompson, I can not resist myself to inform you that I have concerns regarding the flat that I took on rent from you six months back. It is the one located on Norway street. The issue I am facing is the noise such as music or shouting unnecessarily that comes at unwanted timings such as early morning and late night. Now being a family man my whole schedule is disturbed we are not able to get proper sleep which totally distresses our next day.
