you resently traveled to New York and you were completly dissatisfied with the hotel servise you stayed at. Write a letter to the hotel manager

Dear Sr/MadamI am your regular customer and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with service in your hotel, which I stayed last week. I considered that this hotel is very popular and comfortable in the world. So that I always stay there when I need. Unfortunatly, I am not satisfied with hotel servise in my last visit. I am writing to draw your attention to table servise, espesally behevior of your waiters. Let me explain the situation I wanted to eat a speical meal and I told the waiter, whose name is Nilufar, that she should book me a particular food soon as possibly. Firstly, it seemed all things are ritht, however I was waited a period of time. I did not still got my dinner. When I wanted what happened and asked the waiter, she ansrred me very roughly. The main problem is that she apsolutly forgot about my order. Thus my dinner break was over and I had to work whole day without dinner. I hope you will understand that I was so dessatisfied with this position. I would like to hear your explanation for the above problem. I would be very greatful if you could give attention to your waiter's beheviour, becouse the are quit rude. I look forward to hearing from you. Your faithfully.
