Dear SirI am writing to complain about the vacuum cleaner, which I recently bought from your shop. After two days the things started to go wrong. On the 24 th of May I went to one of your local shops in order to purchase a vacuum cleaner for my elder sister's birthday. Looking around the shop I encountered, expected item and I asked a shop assistant about it. After getting all information, I decided to purchase it. On the contrary, 2 days later my elder sister made a call, said about the problem of the item. First day the item was well-functional, but the next day it had a strange sound while it was being worked. My elder sister did not take a consideration it, but the same sound repeated the other day. Furthermore, the vacuum cleaner gets warm a lot and can not take dusty from the rug. I would like you to replace the item with well-functioning one and I expect the same unit and brand.
