I am writing to inform you that as per my contract there should be a process on how the performance and assessment should be handled and given that I worked for almost 2 weeks is a very limited time to adjust to standards and company policy. Therefore, I think the organization did not handle properly it.
As I reviewed the contract, it is stated that the immediate superior will conduct training and coaching sessions relevant to my role. Unfortunately, there was no coaching. Almost 2 weeks is a limited time to adjust as to any organization, as anyone would agree. As I did my task, I submitted progress at the end of the day. It is expected that there may be mistakes since I am new to the company, but I expect that there will be a mark-up to rectify my mistakes and learn from them. However, there is nothing. For the Emapta, I expected they would be a mediator at your end, but the organization did not even ask the employee to defend oneself, as it was one-sided only.
