You rented a car recently, but were not satisfied with it.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding the car that I have rented from your agency. Recently, I have been visited Goa with my friends and rented a white Maturi swift sedan car from your agency. However, we did not notice any issues during our initial checkup. But, As soon as we entered the city outskirts on highway road, we have noticed quite a few issues with the car. Firstly, the high beam headlamp is not in working condition which troubled us going on a highway with minimal light, and secondly, the disk breaks were not good enough to slow down quickly during high speeds, which delayed our car journey and lasted longer than expected. As a result, we had to pay a penalty amount while returning the car. I am requesting, therefore, that you kindly reimburse me the extra amount I have paid. As you see, this sum does not include compensation for my inconvenience and wasted time, which I am prepared to forgo if you settle the charge promptly.
