I am writing to tell you about my damaged goods. I used your shipping company to send my furniture and upon unpacking, I realised they were severely damaged. I hope we can find possible solutions to resolve this issue. My household furniture was delivered to your company on the 15th July in Lagos, Nigeria. At exactly 7pm, your Logistics Manager received the items and assured me that it would leave for Chicago the next morning, 16th July. On receiving my items, I observed that the furniture were grossly damaged. The leather covering had peeled and the furniture made of wood were soiled. I am really disappointed about this occurrence as the furniture were imported from Italy and was given to me by my Father.
