Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to show my dissatisfaction with the management and arrangement of the seats for the matinee show on Friday 13th August for The Lion King. The famous show is in town and so we have booked the tickets on prior basis. However, when we arrived at the theater there were no proper arrangements for checking and it was already crowded outside because people were not guided with proper direction as from where to enter the stage area. In addition, it the monsoon season and no proper shading of the walkway area is made, which not only created hassle but almost made several people wet. Above all of this, there was no one to guide us to our seats. For instance, I thought of quitting the show and moving back home for the inconvenience felt. On the contrary, I would appreciate if you investigate into this matter and get the management matter resolved. In my opinion take the guidance from Lockmore theatre and how they provide services before and during the show. Looking forward for the updates and measures you take on the respective complaints.
