Dear Sir/ Madam, I am Anny Heel. I am writing this letter to draw your attention to a crime committed by my neighbour on a stray dog and how your staffs have ignored it when I tried to complaint about it. I live at Wesley Street, Huston. Yesterday when I was busy with my work suddenly I heard crying of the dog from the street. Therefore, I immediately rushed out and I found that my neighbour Mr. Rison was beating this innocent animal with stick. I tried to stop this animal cruelty, although, he confronted me. At that moment I decided to take this matter to the police station. However, the police officer refused to register my complaint and told me that they are only responsible for human cruelty not the animals. I felt dismayed by his words. I would like to request you to take stringent actions against the police officer for such in human behaviour.
