Dear Manager, I am writing this letter with regards to the cinema that I recently shown technical issues in movie "AVENGER" On the 12th December I went to the cinema "INOX" which is located at piplod, Surat. I had a ticket of movie "AVENGER" at 12. 00'o clock show. during watching the movie I was fill that your air conditioner was not work, also felt suffocation in cinema. The another technical issue was sound system was slow and felt without bass. The movie "AVENGER" has lots of actions and if we felt sound system problem not worth for me. When I was came out after end of the movie meet your cinema technical team member and inform all above issues. Even another people's also felt same problem. He assured me that he was fixed the issue as early as possible. Another day the date is after one week 20th December went to the cinema" INOX" for watching movie "BAHUBALI" and that day I felt same issue in this cinema. So I have decided to report you regarding some technical issue. "INOX" is the reputed entertainment chain who has world class advanced sound syste, and I always watching movie in "INOX" only. I hope you will take necessary steps regarding this issue and trying to fixed it as early as possible. Yours faithfully, Virang Jariwala
