I am writing to report a complaint I had while I was visiting one of your stores.
I visited to your London Bridge branch last week which was Friday. I went to the electronics section in order to buy a new pair of headphones. However, I realized some of the headphones of the same company were torn apart and kept for sale. Therefore, I called the manager/supervisor of the store, Miss Ayushi, to let her know the situation. I was hoping for a good customer service but she was very rude and it is not a proper way to treat a customer.
I am very disappointed by poor quality of your products and disrespectful treatment from your staff. I hope you understand the situation and I expect you to take strict action against your employee and make sure they are trained properly in customer service. Because their actions can harm the reputation of the company.
