Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction with the train service which I have received last week. The train was not on time and it created many problems. I booked a trip from Kottayam to Thiruvananthapuram on 2nd of this month. One of the multinational companies offered me a job as a senior software professional and i had to join there on the same day. Unfortunately, the train was late and i was not able to join the company on time. It depressed me a lot since it was my first day in my company. The officials in the workplace assumed that i was a lazy person and not punctual. Undoubtedly, it was a bad mark for me in my career. Moreover, I could not trust your service owing to this. I am disappointed with your system as your service is not following rules and regulations. It should be prompt so that passengers can plan their schedule accordingly. I would appreciate if you could consider this matter at your earliest convenience. I am looking forward to your reply. Yours faithfully, Mark John
