Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to complain about your products on Lady Fashion shop. I have been a loyal customer for many years and until this incident never had any complaints. On July 31, I placed the following order: one cardigan, two skirts and three sweaters. On August 15, however, I received two skirts and three sweaters, I did not receive the cardigan. Besides, sweater's material is not as good as I expected. One of the sweaters is teared a hole and I can not fix it. As you can imagine, I felt extremely upset both the material and the lack of products. I would be perfectly satisfied if you would kindly replace the sweater and send me the cardigan that I ordered.
