Dear sir last weekend I stayed at your steam water for 3 night I am paining this a pistol to tell you about some problem which I had faced during staying at your hotel I stayed at your hotel from 5 to 8 January when we weather was very cold it is about 4 degree Celsius on that time and in your hotels there was no waiting facility and when I asked the stuff they said me that heating system is not included in package if you want but they arrange it is due to this you have to pay extra money and to overcome this problem I request them to provide extra but quite was also not in good condition there were many stains on the Quilt and lots of smell which is very unbearable for me I would be very grateful if you take steps to solve this problem firstly the heating system as that in future your customer will not suffer from these problems at and you should keep an eye on your lower staff member so that they can done there work properly i forward to hearing from you Thanking you Sincerely
