Dear Manager, Hoping you to be in the good of health and spirit. It's Ana Smith here. I am writing this letter to tell you about my experience while my stay at your hotel. I stayed in your hotel for a night while visiting North Carolina for some business meeting earlier this October. It has a great interior and the food and service was great too, but to my disappointment the cooling system of your hotel was not working efficiently as the weather was quite unusual and hot then at North Carolina. Due to this hot weather and non functioning of air conditioning system I spent whole night in great trouble as there was very suffocation in my room and no proper ventilation system was there. I had to open the window which is right in front of the forest to get some fresh air which resulted in enterance of alot of insects into my room. Moreover, the noise of wild animals did not let me sleep well. In short I spent all night in great trouble. I would request you to please look into this matter seriously and do some favourable action accordingly. I would further suggest you to get some portable air conditioners or water coolers for future use. You should also consider to improve the ventialtion system.
