Dear Khusbu, I hope you’re fine there. I would like to inform you about an important event at my home is going to organise next month. My scheduled date of reaching Vancouver is 18th of march 2021, on that day only my brother’s office inaugral function is fixed. Actually, my father has some health issue so he insists my brother to do oppening of office as early as possible but my brother’s office is under renovation. Some how he managed to complete his office’s work in minimum days. However, befor my father’s health issue it was planned on 1st of april, 2021, by that time i was arriving back to home. Now, any how I need to change the dates of visit. I apologise for the unaspected event situation which I couldn’t missed. All circumtances fixed so quickly I hardly not got time to convey it early. We planned our trip according to date to cover all major part of Vancouver in 10 days. In addition, you took leave in advanced. As it happened, I feel sorry for the delay of my visit due to unavoidable reason. Now, we need to change our planned trip dates according to how my tickets are going to booked. I am planning to book in mid of april month. i suggest you to look for your planning in april and your office work planner, then we can move forwrd to my ticket booking before 1 month.
